\u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9 par la loi du 22 juillet 1983, compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la circulaire interminist\u00e9rielle du 30 ao\u00fbt 1988 et r\u00e9actualis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Ordonnance n\u00b0 2000-914 du 18 septembre 2000 relative \u00e0 la partie L\u00e9gislative du code de l&rsquo;environnement (JO du 21 septembre 2000)<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce classement r\u00e9side dans la protection juridique et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 ainsi conf\u00e9r\u00e9es aux itin\u00e9raires et dans l&rsquo;obligation qui est faite aux collectivit\u00e9s de les entretenir. Ces itin\u00e9raires peuvent donc emprunter voies communales, chemins ruraux, chemins d&rsquo;exploitations, chemins forestiers et de halage, voire m\u00eame des chemins phttps:\/\/lamolineuvoise.fr\/Blog\/pdipr\/riv\u00e9s dont les propri\u00e9taires ont pass\u00e9 convention avec la commune et le d\u00e9partement.<\/p>\n<p><a
